Membangun Lingkungan Pembelajaran Adaptif untuk Siswa IBK: Integrasi Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), Media Interaktif, dan Deep Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran siswa dengan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) di SD Negeri Bhayangkari, khususnya dalam hal fokus dan kontrol impuls, melalui pengembangan lingkungan pembelajaran adaptif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan guru yang melibatkan psikolog dan pakar Insan Berkebutuhan Khusus (IBK), penerapan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) yang diintegrasikan dengan Game Edukasi Talenta (Genta), serta pemantauan perkembangan siswa berbasis data melalui dashboard Seesaw. Kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, psikolog, dan orang tua menjadi kunci keberhasilan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada capaian akademik (18,9%), keterlibatan siswa (69,3%), penyelesaian tugas (68,2%), interaksi sosial (58,7%), penurunan perilaku mengganggu (71,4%), serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri (88,9%). Temuan ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan transformasional berbasis data dan teknologi dalam mendukung pendidikan inklusif.
